  20. It seems that your CD is faulty. But, it could also be the files=
  21. setting in your config.sys (just a guess), because installing means
  22. opening lots of files, so this could run out of file handles.
  23. put a files=80 statement in your config.sys and see if it helps,
  24. if not, call Borland.
